This documentation details the general terms and conditions on which breathing language supplies its services. If you use breathing language services, you agree to abide by the terms described below (hereby known as ‘‘this agreement’’).

3. What You Agree To

You agree not to use breathing language services to do any of the following:

• illegal activity either where you are located and/or where breathing language is located

• cause nuisance to other users of breathing language services (e.g. bullying, doxing, discrimination, harassment (sexual or otherwise), personal attack, threatening, trolling, spamming, etc.)

• interfere with the normal operation of breathing language services

• try to access systems in any way other than advertised

4. Third-Party Services

Some of the breathing language services are provided using third-party services. If you use these third-party services, you are responsible for complying with any terms of service, including additional policies, that are implemented by said third-party services.

5. How breathing language Processes Your Consent

If you contribute content to any breathing language services (e.g. commenting on a post, uploading data, etc.), then, as a general rule, you agree to license that content to breathing language under the same license as prevails for the breathing language website and other breathing language services.

For further clarity, any comment that you make on a post, which is licensed under the Copyright License, will be licensed to breathing language under the same license.

All breathing language services are offered under the Copyright License, unless stated otherwise.

7. Ownership Does Not Change

As a general rule, breathing language will not change the ownership of any intellectual property belonging to a party.

For content provided by users of breathing language services, content breathing language supplies from its users, or content from other sources, such is done so under the Copyright License.

Upon revision to these Terms of Use, breathing language will inform its users by the following means:

• revision date (found at the bottom of this page)

Any changes made will be binding on you from the moment breathing language announces them.

9. General Conditions

This agreement is not intended to give anyone else any rights, and it is solely between you (the user) and breathing language. At times, by choice or unknowingly, breathing language may fail to enforce our rights under this agreement. However, this does not mean that enforcement of our rights will not be done in the future.

Neither party (user or breathing language) is liable for anything that is beyond their reasonable control.
